How PLR Writers Make More Money than Freelance Writers

More and more writers are turning away from freelance writing jobs and turning to PLR writing.

If you don’t know much about PLR, it stands for private label rights and basically means that you write articles, reports or ebooks and then sell them with PLR rights.  So you can sell the material to multiple buyers and those buyers can use the material as their own

So when you are a PLR writer, you sell your work at a much cheaper price, but you sell it to many buyers and so long term you actually make a lot more money with this method than you do writing unique articles for individual clients.

The other advantage of writing PLR products is that you are running your own business and you set your own rules.  You don’t need to worry about demanding clients and having jobs finished by a certain time.  You can write whenever you want, keeping your own time schedule and it doesn’t matter if you are running behind on a job.

With quite a lot of freelancers available for hire now, there is quite a bit of competition which means that many writers have had to lower their prices. To compete with all the other writers out there you may have to lower your prices also, which means your hourly income rate isn’t that high.

When you write a packet of say 10 articles and sell them as PLR, you can continue to earn money from that one packet for a long time.  Even if you only charge $ 10 for that set of articles, over time you might sell 50 packs which will earn you $ 500.  If you had written those same 10 articles as unique articles for one client, you might earn $ 100 for those articles.

This is how PLR writers can make a much higher income than freelance writers, when one set of articles can earn you five times more when selling them as PLR than they can when selling just one packet of them.

So if you are a writer that is sick and tired of earning pennies, then PLR writing might be the option that you are looking for to increase your income.

This article was written to give you an insight of what PLR can help you achieve. If you would like to know more about Starting A PLR Business have a few blog tht talks about starting a PLR business
